Medium length haircut?

I'm getting a haircut this Saturday and I am so nervous. I have long thin hair and I want a change. I want a medium to shorter length style to give my flat hair some boost. I was wondering what you guys thought about this?

I have the same problem with my hair and I cut it shorter and that gave it some bounce. As long as you dont have a really round face I would go for it. That haircut is really cute btw.

i think it sounds great :) if you get them to layer it alot, you can still keep some of the length you will just have more body and it will be easier to work with. if you google medium layered haircuts you will come up with some nice styles.
