Couple of hair questions?

Oki well, I hav brown hair, and its medium length, and I usually just brush it, and put a hairband in it for school, but frankly, thats boring, but I dont have much time to do anything else with it, so here is my 1st question:

1. What are some quick, easy, cute hairstyles I could do (or styles that you can do overnight) for school?

And also, I've been thinking of dying my hair blonde (I hav brown hair remember) so my other question is:

2. Will my hair go ginger, or any other random colour, if I dye it blonde? If so, is it possible to stop it going that colour?

i hav black hair nd its stick straight medium length. sumtimes i put it in a side pony. wen i have enuff time the nite be4, ill curl it nd da nxt morning i hav nice waves. um, u kan clip it up, u kan do a bun, watever u want.
