Ok so I want to cut my hair to this length

and that is pretty short for me, but I have elfish features so I know I can puul of the look But I'm always getting these second thoughts like do I really want to cut my hair that short at the moment my shoulder reaches half way to my elbows so its pretty wrong, I'm always like its cute do it, its easy to take care of , you'll look more confident and I absolutly adore short hair but the style know is medium legth hair with layers and bangs and I honestly dont care what people say about this cut I like it but I dont know why I'm scared that the person who will cut my hair will mess it up, and I'll look like a bozo or something, so my quiestion is, is this a good chance to take when your just about to start your freshman year?

I love the style and I think it's a perfect statement for moving on to your freshman year. Ask the stylist about what you'll have to do each morning to style your hair. Make sure it isn't more work than you are willing to do. Some of those short hairstyles look so simple and carefree when they are not.

if you dont care what other people think then you should go for it.

just make sure you have a professional who is confident in what they're doing.

and freshman year is not all that bad. its just another year in school. so i'd say GO FOR IT.

The cut is great and a perfect transformation for your freshmen year. My freshmen year i got highlights and lighter hair, it wasnt drastic enough for me so after spring break i went BLONDER than ever! i loved it and it was so worth the risk i still have my hair that way and im not planning to change it for junior year either! you should make appts. at different places with the senior stylists. dont look for a barber shop, a good cut is well worth your money, i would look to spend at least 40 dollars on a good cut. try visible changes, they work wonders with hair or master cuts and super cuts are great too! go for it!
