How do you style your hair like this? (Picture(s) inluded)?

I have a tough time curling my bangs mostly and getting them to stay like that. I know these are two different styles, so I'd like help with both (Which direction to curl, in or outward. How long to keep it in the curler. Rollers or irons. Large, medium, or small roller). Another thing, advice to achieve volume please?

put some mousse in your hair after u get outa the shower-blow dry on low until completely dry, take a medium barrel curling iron and curl outwards for about fifteen seconds once completely heated. finish it off with some volume and lift, superhold hairspray and spray all over for a nice, even coat. shake your a head it a bit and ur ready to go!!

Lucky me, my hair naturally does this- but i can easily tell you how to achieve it as well!

The first thing to learn- it that styling products are IMPORTANT! Try finding a 'curling cream'- I use one from Aveda, because I like the smell and softness of it, but test around until you find one you like. Rub this cream through your hair while its still wet. Next, get a medium to large sized barrel brush (its the cylidrical bristles brush) and use that to blowdry your hair, curling it INWARDS. If you feel like you want the curls to be tighter, then get a large- barreled curling iron, and curl the hair inwards (When you curl with an iron, make sure to hairspray a section of hair first, then immediatley wrap it around the curling iron, and twist the iron and inch towards the top- this is because hair does not grow straight out of the top of your head)

Always finish with hairspraying your hair to keep it in place

blow dry on low and use a big round brush
