I have Medium length black hair that has fringe bags. I love scene hair and make up! I always have. I just need to know how to style my hair to look scene. If you could include pics i would appreciate it. Thanks :)

i suggest getting a few choppy layers.

that way you can poof it up more at the top and make it look kind of like spikey.

but you can try that without a layered cut. it just wont look as good.
